How it works
Tell us what slows you down
A short call or a message is enough. We ask how the work happens today and what keeps going wrong.
Map your pricing
We turn how you price a job into clear rules, and test them against real past jobs until the numbers look right to you.
Try it in a private preview
You get a private link to click through, with your own wording and rules. You tell us what to change before anything goes live.
Go live
We launch it, show your team how it works and keep it running under a monthly care plan.
Questions we get asked
Are electronic signatures valid in the UK?
Generally yes for ordinary commercial agreements, though some documents have special rules. Our article on e-signatures explains where the line is, and a solicitor can confirm it for your documents.
Can it handle prices that depend on the job?
Yes. Rooms, area, materials, extras and minimum charges can all feed the price. Unusual jobs can be flagged for a site visit instead of showing a wrong number.
Does the customer need an account?
No. They open a private link, read the quote and sign.
