Cookie Policy
1. The short version
The public pages of this website set no cookies and store nothing on your device. That is why you do not see a cookie banner here. We use no advertising, no tracking pixels and no third-party analytics, and no part of the public site loads from another company’s domain.
This policy should be read with our Privacy Policy. We follow the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) and the UK GDPR as they apply to cookies and similar technologies.
2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in much the same way, and the same rules apply to them.
3. The one cookie we use
We use a single cookie, and only on our private admin area, which only Nabayn staff can sign in to. If you are a visitor to this website, you will never receive it.
| Cookie | Where | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
nabayn_admin |
Private admin area only | Keeps a member of staff signed in. It is strictly necessary for that service, so no consent is needed under PECR | Up to 8 hours |
4. How we count page views
We count how many times each page is viewed, so we know which pages are useful. This count uses no cookie and stores nothing on your device. It records only the page’s address and the website that linked to it, if any. It keeps no IP address and no details of your browser. See our Privacy Policy for how long we keep it.
5. The sample website
Our sample trades website, under Live demos, is a demonstration for a fictional business. It sets no cookies either, and nothing you enter into it is sent anywhere.
6. How to control cookies
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking them makes no difference to the public pages of this website.
7. Changes
If we ever add a cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first, with clear choices to accept or refuse. The Last updated date above shows when this policy last changed.
8. Contact and complaints
Email: support@nabayn.co.uk
