Who it is for
Every enquiry in one list, answered straight away, and chased until you get an answer.
Businesses whose enquiries arrive by phone, email, web form and WhatsApp, and sometimes go unanswered because nobody saw them in time.
What it includes
- Website forms and channels feeding one list, so nothing lives in someone’s inbox
- An instant acknowledgement to every enquirer
- Reminders for leads that have gone quiet, and a one-tap follow-up
- Each lead’s source, value and stage, so you can see what is worth chasing
- Reports showing which channels bring work you actually win
What it does not include
- Buying lists or sending cold bulk email. We do not provide that
- Paid advertising management, unless agreed separately
How it works
Tell us what slows you down
A short call or a message is enough. We ask how the work happens today and what keeps going wrong.
Connect your channels
We list where enquiries come from today and connect each one. Where a channel cannot connect directly, we agree the simplest workaround.
Try it in a private preview
You get a private link to click through, with your own wording and rules. You tell us what to change before anything goes live.
Go live
We launch it, show your team how it works and keep it running under a monthly care plan.
Questions we get asked
Can it reply on WhatsApp automatically?
It can, using WhatsApp’s official business platform, which needs its own number and has rules and fees we check for your business first. Email replies need much less setup.
Will this get me more leads?
It helps you win more of the leads you already get. Getting more needs search, referrals or advertising as well. We will tell you honestly which one looks most useful.
Is an automatic reply allowed under UK rules?
A reply to someone who contacted you is normally a service message rather than marketing. Marketing messages have separate rules. Our article on UK email marketing rules covers the difference.
