Who it is for
Your sales, stock and to-do list in one place, with the numbers you actually use.
Owners with more than one site, or one busy site, who piece together the week’s numbers from a till report, a spreadsheet and their memory.
What it includes
- Sales by store, day and period, with comparisons to the last period
- Best sellers, overall and for each store
- Low stock alerts and a simple reorder list
- Busiest times, to help with rotas and ordering
- A daily or weekly summary sent to you
- Role-based logins for owners and managers
What it does not include
- Replacing your till or accounts software. We read from them where they allow it
- Accounting or tax advice
How it works
Tell us what slows you down
A short call or a message is enough. We ask how the work happens today and what keeps going wrong.
Connect your data
We check what your till, booking or accounts system can export. Where there is no direct link, a scheduled export is often enough to start.
Try it in a private preview
You get a private link to click through, with your own wording and rules. You tell us what to change before anything goes live.
Go live
We launch it, show your team how it works and keep it running under a monthly care plan.
Questions we get asked
Does it work with our till system?
That depends on the till. Many offer a data feed or a scheduled export. We check yours before you commit to anything.
How up to date are the numbers?
As up to date as the source allows. A live feed updates through the day, while a nightly export gives you yesterday’s numbers each morning.
Can managers see only their own store?
Yes. Logins can be limited to one store, or to particular numbers.
